Eureka Lodge No. 16 in Auburn said thanks to local service workers by hosting a Make a Difference Community Service Appreciation Breakfast on Saturday, Oct. 11. Eureka brothers rallied the Masonic family in their area for the event, combining efforts with Crystal Chapter No. 57 Order of Eastern Star, Bethel No. 148 Jobs Daughters, and Assembly No. 57 International Order of the Rainbow for Girls to present a homemade breakfast in recognition of local service agencies.

The groups in attendance included Placer Sheriff Department and Search and Rescue Personnel, the District Attorney’s Office, US Forest Firefighters, Placer Law Enforcement Chaplaincy, and Auburn Police Department Personnel, as well as Auburn’s chief of police, Valerie Harris, and their families.
