Earlier this year, Mohave Valley Lodge #68 in Bullhead City, Arizona invited the bretheren of the Desert Masonic Centers in the Coachella Valley area of Southern California to have a third degree in their lodge. So the brothers of Coachella Lodge #476, Palm Springs Lodge #693 and Oasis of Mara Lodge #735 of Twenty-Nine Palms prepared for a fun April 12th weekend in Bullhead City.

For the Masonic Travelers this trip had special significance, because it would become the first video show that the Masonic Travelers ever produced. In addition, the candidate we were bringing for the event was none other than Chris Escobedo of Coachella Lodge #476, who after this degree would become a member of the Masonic Travelers.

Aside from the degree, the Masonic Travelers had a chance to visit an old mining town in Oatman, Arizona. While we couldn't explore any abandoned mine shafts there were plenty of donkeys walking through the town. Which provided it's own amusements. The Masonic Travelers stayed in the Riverside Hotel in Laughlin, Nevada duringthe trip where we enjoyed the sights and sounds of the casinos. We especially enjoyed Don Laughlin's Car Show and Collection. Which had a large display of classic cars and motorcycles.
