Wanting to get away from the suburban setting Wolfman, Momo and our friend Derek decided to take an all day hike in the Angeles National Forest. Wolfman led the group to a lesser known trail of the forest called Millard Campground, where he would come to train at an early age. We couldn't ask for better weather and we had ourselves a great 10+ mile hike!

The most enjoyable part about these trips into nature are the talks we end up having. We often gravitate towards discussions about spirituality, philosophy, and life in general. There must be something said about getting away from the negative and artificial energy of the city and the distractions of everyday life, because it's when we are out in nature that we tend to have the most notable and thought provoking dialogues.
